Sprain Again

badminton tournament today

oh yeah~ i was so excited

play play play n stuff

1st match..

score- 2( gie) , 3(opponent)

i jumped to smatch

when landing

my feet were weird

could not land properly..

then my leg sprained to right then left

I fell down..

FIRST AID!!!!

they did not have the spray..
oh gosh.. i just put the cream then continued

finally first match won

second match

bless me...

resisted to the pain and played

finally- won!!!

Third match, i tak tahan ad...
gosh!!!

i played 16- 21, 14-21

i lost ...

and leg is getting more swollen,

cant walk

then go urut...
